You may do over 50 exercises on Weider Total Body Works 5000, including exercises for your shoulders, arms, chest, back, legs, abdominals and total-body exercises that work parts of your upper and lower body at the same time. This gives you options to target any area of your body you wish.

You can increase the angle of the bench to make exercises harder, or swap out the adjustable power band for one of the three that gives more resistance. This design means that you do not need heavy weight stacks like you do with other home gyms.
